NEWS FROM ARNOLD CLASSIC EUROPE 2011

The amateur class for heavy weight at the Arnold Classic counted 31 bodybuilders from different countries. Between them 2 potentials from Curacao namely Yunard Philips and Quincy Winklaar. Representing us at the female side Sarah Griffith in the Bodyfitness Class up to 163cm which one consisted out of 12 participants. Yunard Philips, 1st place in his category at the Caribbean Championships last month in San Salvador, Sarah Griffith, 2nd place at the Southern Caribbean Championships in Venezuela and Quincy Winklaar, 1st place at the FIBO championships in Germany last year were accompanied by 2 judges at the competition that took place in Spain October 8th, 2011. The qualifications at the end for our delegates: Sarah Griffith 11th place, Yunard Philips 17th place and Quincy Winklaar 6th place. Next step for 2 of these athletes will be the Ohio Arnold Classic 2012. And they are determined to put our Island on the first place next year.

CURACAO FIRST PROFESSIONAL FEMALE BODYBUILDER; LUPE lEITO

Wednesday September 21st, 2011 a delegation of bodybuilding and fitness departed to San Salvador to participate at the 39th Central American and Caribbean Championships. 5 local athletes competed this year. Yunard Philips(1st place Men's Heavy weight), Rufino Windster(6th place Masters), Henry Vanblarcum(4th place Classic), Jimson Janga((5th place Junior) and Lupe Leito(1st place Master, Heavy Weight and Overall Winner). Incredible Nutrition would like to congratulate all the athletes, and especially Lupe Leito for receiving her Pro Card.

VEERIS & SANCHEZ REPRESENTING CURACAO AT MUSCLEMANIA MIAMI 2011...

NAY PHILIPS GOES ARNOLD CLASSIC PRO EUROPE 2011….

The first-ever Arnold Classic Europe will be held October 8-9, 2011 in Madrid, Spain and will feature IFBB Pro League men's bodybuilding and fitness, a complete lineup of amateur bodybuilding events, several other amateur sports and a health & fitness expo. Arnold Classic Europe is a joint venture between Gov. Schwarzenegger, Arnold Sports Festival co-promoter Jim Lorimer, and Rafael Santonja, the president of the International Federation of Body Building.
